These Five DVD are practically a full curriculum for the five Practitioner levels of Krav-Maga trainee.

The material was composed by the heads of IKMF. The techniques are the most advanced self-defense techniques worldwide, which were developed by Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or) in the Israeli Defense Force. Techniques are performed by the head of the testing comity and by the highest rank holders in the organization, Master Avi Moyal and Master Gabi Noach. All techniques are filmed from different angles and at different speeds.
