Syofyan Nadar, famous master of the Pencak Silat Indonesian Federation presents in this DVD a wide range of formidable techniques mainly from the Sunua Bayang style. The DVD starts with specific training to warm up the various parts of the body in order to be able to use them at maximum efficiency and to avoid wounds. After this warm-up, Syofyan will teach you three Langkah Balabe Bayang techniques followed by a sequence of five Jurus with training for each with its applications.
You will study the traditional movements which prepare for performing the typical locks of Pencak Silat. Then, applications with sparring partners in defensive situations will show you all the richness of this style.
Finally, you will study various technical facts regarding defense against knife and ''sitting'' position (movements rolled up, full face, side, etc.). All the techniques in this DVD are shown from several viewing angles so that you can understand and analyze each movement perfectly.
