Effective combatives training is by necessity a compressed curriculum, a finite skillset that can be executed under duress and applied unarmed, hand to hand, or with a hand-held weapon. McCann demonstrates 4 techniques that can be applied with a blade or a handgun, and with slight modifications, unarmed hand to hand.
