The real thing. Rick Young is an amazing Martial Artist and Combat Instructor. Taught directly under Dan Inosanto. Rick Young is humble yet very knowledgeable. You can tell that from this video. As it states, this DVD focuses on empty-hand / Filipino Boxing.

The topic is very broad in nature, but here he covers the essentials, some drills and then some! I've used the material in this DVD for training and to cross reference with other Empty-hand Kali (or Panantukan) content online. You get a fairly good amount of instruction for a training video. I'm glad I own it!
