The Vos Gym Kickboxing System High Volume Striking by Ivan Hippolyte

Ivan Hippolyte (born 7 October 1964) is a Dutch-Surinamese former K-1 Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Savate World champion.  He is the head coach at the world renowned Vos Gym in Amsterdam, Netherlands (the same gym he used to fight out of during his active career).  A true legend of Dutch Kickboxing, he was an active teammate of fellow elite fighters such as Ernesto Hoost and Gilbert Yvel before moving onto coaching the next generation of world class athletes, including the likes of K-1 World Champion Remy Bojasky and globally renowned MMA fighter Mirko Filipovic.  He credits his high volume striking approach to the Vos Gym Kickboxing System, which he originally learned from founder Johan Vos, before continuing to evolve it into its present form today.
