Agents in the field don’t always have access to fully-stocked barbell gyms. They’re often deployed in problematic locations, and they have to jam in their training between missions. They need to know how to improvise training tools with whatever they have close at hand, so they can expand what they’re capable of working on in the field.
TACFIT ROPE (Rapid Onset Pull-up Equipment) uses a simple piece of rope in very specific ways to take you through your entire movement potential - represented by the 6 Degrees of Freedom - to develop multi-directional pulling and pressing strength and functional muscle that works through the entire range of your movement potential.
As your nervous system adapts, you’ll add new levels of sophistication to the exercises so you continue to stimulate muscle growth and develop skill and coordination. It’s functional, challenging, simple and completely portable.
 
TACFIT ROPE is a portable suspension training system that utilizes instability to produce functional muscle gains, sophisticate movement, increase range of motion, while building the lean physique of a commando. The exercises are unconventional and very unique. TACFIT ROPE can be followed as a stand-alone program or as a plugin to TACFIT Commando, effectively incorporating pulling exercises into that system. 3 Levels of difficulty keeps you challenged for months.
 
Suspension training takes the bodyweight training you know to a whole new level. You will literally suspend yourself in midair. If you are looking to build functional muscle convenient and fast, this is the way. TACFIT ROPE generates explosive results using just a simple piece of ROPE and is cheaper than other suspension training systems, which can be very expensive in part to the use of expensive equipment.
 
TACFIT ROPE eliminates the need for using pull up bars for back training. All you need is a location to securely strap your TACFIT ROPE and begin training. But the benefits do not just stop at your sculpted back. Suspension training involves a high combination of movements, ranging from one dimensional to multidimensional movements. These full range of motion exercises will allow you to achieve results like you never thought possible all while keeping you injury free and ready for action. TACFIT ROPE follows the Tabata protocol, which effectively burns fat, sculpts your body, and improves overall strength and conditioning. Tabata is designed as 8 continuous rounds per exercise of 20 second work, followed by 10 seconds of active rest. This is performed across 6 exercises. TACFIT ROPE is simply the most effective suspension training system available on the market today.
